A practical verification workbench

Data moved.
Did it arrive correctly?

Compare source and destination CSV snapshots to surface missing records, duplicates, changed fields and stale data—then export findings another operator can inspect.

The workflow

Turn two exports into a reviewable discrepancy list.

Start with an authorized source snapshot and destination export. Set the record key and checks, inspect the findings, and save the evidence for handover or investigation.

01 / COMPARE

Establish what should match

Load two CSV snapshots and select a stable record key. Choose the fields and timestamp rules that matter for this workflow.

02 / INVESTIGATE

See the specific differences

Inspect missing and destination-only records, duplicate keys, field mismatches, blank keys and stale or invalid timestamps.

03 / HAND OVER

Export reproducible evidence

Filter findings and export a CSV findings register plus a JSON run manifest with scope and input fingerprints.

Initial buyer hypothesis

For teams accountable for a clean handover.

The best first fit is not every company that uses data. It is an implementation team that repeatedly moves or synchronizes records and has to investigate discrepancies before a client signs off.

Systems-integration and migration consultanciesPotential buyer: delivery lead, integration lead or QA lead. Trigger: a cutover, migration rehearsal or client acceptance check.
ERP / CRM implementation partnersPotential buyer: project delivery manager or technical consultant. Trigger: records imported but totals, fields or key entities do not reconcile.
Internal integration operations teamsPotential buyer: integration owner or data operations lead. Trigger: recurring discrepancies that are hard to isolate with current logs and scripts.
Commercial honesty

These are target hypotheses, not customers or validated demand. The product has not yet demonstrated an advantage over a buyer's existing scripts, spreadsheets or migration tooling.

Current scope and boundaries

A focused tool—not a claim of a finished platform.

VentureLabs currently runs locally in the browser. That keeps the first evaluation simple, but it also sets clear limits.

AVAILABLE NOW

Snapshot verification

CSV comparison, configurable identity and field checks, finding filters, CSV export, JSON evidence manifest and synthetic demo.

NOT AVAILABLE

Live integrations

No direct connectors, scheduled monitoring, alerting, automatic repair, team accounts, cloud history or production SLA.

EVALUATION REQUIRED

Measurable value

A paid evaluation should compare results against the buyer's current process on an agreed test set, including misses, false positives and investigation time.

Next step

Evaluate one workflow before expanding the product.

The proposed first engagement is a tightly scoped, one-workflow evaluation. Scope, acceptance criteria, data boundaries, delivery and fee must be agreed in writing first. The initial $99 price hypothesis is unvalidated; it may change after buyer conversations and an agreed scope.

Use synthetic or appropriately authorized, non-sensitive snapshots only. No production or security guarantee is implied.
Questions worth answering

What this tool can—and cannot—prove.

Does VentureLabs connect to my systems?

No. The current version compares two CSV snapshots you provide. Live connectors are a later option only if repeated demand justifies building and securing them.

Are uploaded files sent to your server?

The current workbench processes files in the browser and does not upload their contents to a VentureLabs backend. Do not use confidential or regulated data in this prototype.

Does a clean result prove the integration is correct?

No. It means the configured checks did not flag the supplied snapshots. Coverage depends on the selected key, fields, rules and quality of the input data.

Why would a team pay if it can use a spreadsheet?

It should pay only if a measured evaluation shows a useful advantage—such as less investigation time, a material discrepancy found, or clearer handover evidence. That advantage has not yet been proven.
